How buying anything here works
-
Price it
Four short groups of questions online, or one phone call to 1300 928 853. The figure you see includes GST and your state stamp duty, because a premium without them is not a premium.
-
Read the PDS and the TMD
The Product Disclosure Statement says what the cover does. The Target Market Determination says who it is designed for. Both are linked on every product page and collected in the library.
-
Take the free risk report
We send a property-level read of bushfire, flood, storm and cyclone exposure at your address, with the mitigation work that would move the price. You get it whether or not you buy.
-
Cool off if it is not right
Every retail policy carries a 21 day cooling-off period. Cancel inside it, without a claim, and you get the whole premium back including duty.
Not sure which of the five you need?
Ring the Brisbane office and talk to somebody who will tell you when you do not need a product. That conversation is free and takes about ten minutes.
